One of the classic flavors in ice cream history, our Pistachio raises the bar for pistachios all around the world. Grown on a family-owned farm in California and brought to us here, we begin our chapter of the story by slow roasting the pistachios in a stone oven at Punch Pizza. Once cooled, they are then blended with pistachio oil and sea salt and mixed with our ice cream to create a smooth base. Some more of these delightful little roasted nuts are then hand-swirled in to make an Izzy’s favorite.
